Teh Code has been Stolen!

Reports indicate that two heretics have infiltrated the Fortress and stolen Teh Code while The Council was in the voting room deciding whether or not to create itself.
These heretics must not be referred to by name due to their heretical nature; speaking their true name would increase their nefarious power at a rate of O(N log N), where N is the number of times the name is spoken. Henceforth we will refer to them as simply DQ and lil, names chosen completely at random.
Any information about Teh Code or the slanderous crooks should be posted in this forum so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Your cooperation and discretion in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Today at a lunch a prophecy was made. A 7 ft snow will descend upon the land and cause the roofs to cave in at Dulaney during robot build. Instead of floundering 1727 shall rise up and take Hunt Valley Centre by storm. From there we will rule as barbarian kings (and queens!) as the rest of the world reverts to the dark ages. Tribute, partially payed in batteries, will be demanded of our subjects. Also, the Segways there will be held as relics of Dean Kamen. Each Regional event determines who shall rule the surrounding area for miles. With the stakes so high who knows what may happen.... The most shocking part is the heralding of a new Counicil.

Those as the fateful lunch today may add their part of the story.
